Clarity China is a China-based private equity firm focused on investment opportunities in the greater China region that capitalize on the rapidly growing domestic consumer market in China. The principals of Clarity China include: (i) Dr. Sheldon Liu, Founding Managing Partner, with more than 30 years of investment experience in China and the US; (ii) Dr. David Lee, Founding Managing Partner and a seasoned private equity professional and entrepreneur; (iii) Gary Wilson, an experienced investor and executive in the travel and entertainment industries; and (iv) Barry Porter, a seasoned private equity investor.

Clarity China was established by individuals with a deep knowledge and understanding of the China market and the necessary skills and resources to help Chinese entrepreneurs build outstanding companies. The partners have held senior management positions in well-known international companies in a variety of sectors including: finance, telecommunications, media, entertainment, travel, and high technology. Over their more than 20 year careers, they have gained extensive experience in creating, financing, and managing various companies. To solidify their on-the-ground China presence, the Partner's assembled a unique team of local advisors and professionals who have extensive knowledge of, and standing within, China.
